How it all began
Linda Gutzkow's Permanent Cosmetics started in 2004.
I first offered permanent makeup and have since expanded my services to include permanent hair removal and non-surgical face lifts. I am fully licensed and trained to provide the best service to my clients!
I am licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health and a Certified Permanent Make Up Artist. I received training from AnVanti Clinic and International Training Institute in Delafield, Wisconsin. Additional education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree where I graduated Cum Laude from an accredited university.
I have worked in the healthcare industry for many years and therefore know how to keep a clean and sterile environment. Client safety, comfort, and satisfaction are my highest priorities. To ensure that my clients are safe and comfortable I do my procedures by hand or using a digital machine and apply several topical anesthetics. The equipment comes pre-packaged and sterilized and is 100% disposable. Therefore, there is no cleaning of the equipment involved or chance for cross contamination. The hand method allows for a very precise application of the pigment and the ability to customize the procedure to fit the client.
I offer FREE consultations so that you can meet me and see my work. Because every client has a different schedule, I do not have set hours. Instead I work into my client’s availability. All procedures are by appointment only and arranged directly with me.
My client's are from all around the United States.
They travel many miles to Minnesota to have their permanent
makeup done by me. The most common response I hear from my
clients is "why didn't I do this years ago? This is the best thing
I have ever done for myself."
Clients feel very safe and comfortable in my care and
therefore often refer family and friends to me.
